As a participant in the Competition who submits a design to the Design Competition Team, it will be necessary for you to disclose basic information concerning your identify, including your name, address, company name, if applicable, and such other background information as may appear on the submission forms required to be completed in connection with the Competition. In doing so, you recognize that PVB intends to disclose this information in connection with publicizing the Competition and displaying the designs submitted by the participants. PVB recognizes that you do not intend for the information supplied to be utilized except as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the Competition. Therefore, we hereby confirm that:

• We will not sell, rent or trade any participant information to other companies;
• We will not disclose your information to anyone, except in connection with facilitating the goals of the Competition;
• We will follow any written instructions provided by a participant which are intended to protect or limit the disclosure of the participant’s identity
